Rhea Davis

Hello! My name is Rhea Davis and I am so thrilled to be participating in the Thriving ADHD Families Summit!

I graduated in 2017 from Towson University with a dual Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. After graduation, I began my career with the public school system as a special educator - with a focus on supporting students with behavioral difficulties as well as students with ADHD. I went on to become the school-wide intervention coordinator, coaching teachers on effective interventions and supports for the success of all students. My true passion lies in individualizing education and providing the personalized support each student and the grown ups around them need for success.

During this time, I saw so many areas in which parents and teachers needed support. The more I worked with teachers, the more I saw the need for something outside of what the school district could offer - especially for neurodivergent students. This became the "why" behind my company, EducationWorks.

I founded EducationWorks with a mission to support parents in navigating their child's educational journey and help each student find what success looks like for them. I offer courses, services, and resources designed to support your family throughout every step of the way.
